SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Your order will generally be posted the next working day on receipt of payments prior to 1700hrs and the following working day for all other payments excluding weekends and bank holidays. We use the Royal Mail for all deliveries and their guidelines are 2-5 working days for first class post and 7-21 working days plus local delivery times for airmail international and European.

POSTAGE COSTS EXPLAINED: We take care preparing your order and included in our costs are the actual cost of postage plus packaging materials, handling and insurance. If for any reason a parcel is delayed or lost we will deal with the matter in line with Royal mail guidelines which can be found at royalmail.com.
